While Covid-19 was affecting the economy in myriad ways during the fall of 2020, commercial real estate (CRE) was one segment particularly challenged. Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners came to INK to create a compelling case for investing in CRE during that perilous time. Additionally, our client was transitioning brands from JCR Partners to adopt the name of their parent company, Walker & Dunlop.
INK utilized its unique DICE methodology (Data Informed Customer Engagement) to introduce their new brand and generate leads from both the client’s existing but dormant prospect list, as well as new leads via carefully selected media partnerships. At a time when most people would be terrified to invest in commercial real estate, we emphasized the historic opportunity of the situation, as well as the altruistic nature of bringing an influx of financial capital into a market segment in dire need of it. The results were nothing short of remarkable. Open rates around 40%. Click-thru rates in the high teens. And in the end over 1,000 new leads were generated for Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners.
